To keep things running smoothly, a friendly reminder: late payments incur a daily $10 fee.

We understand that plans can change. Regarding refunds for unused prepaid rental time, we'll do our best to be fair and considerate on a case-by-case basis.
A Few Extra Notes:

Our rates are for up to two guests. We love families, and because of this each additional guest (including children) is just $25.

To keep the electrical grid balanced, the use of any outside 20 amp house plug will be an additional $50, excluding pellet grills.

We're thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure everyone enjoys a relaxing and pleasant stay, we've put together a few simple guest rules. By staying with us, you're agreeing to follow these guest rules.
GUEST RULES
Safety First:
We're committed to keeping our park a safe and enjoyable place for everyone! For your peace of mind, ABC RV Park may be monitored by a security system/cameras. While our park is well-lit and considered safe, please remember that we are not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, or theft.
Safe Fires: Fires are only allowed in fire rings or grills and must always be attended by an adult. Please extinguish all fires when you're finished. If you use our park grills, we kindly ask that you clean them after use.
No Fireworks or Explosives: For everyone's safety, fireworks and explosives are strictly prohibited.
Keep it Clean:
Let's keep our park beautiful! Please keep your site tidy and free of trash, including cigarette butts, bottle caps, and pet waste. We have a convenient dumpster at the roadside for your use.
Washing Your Vehicle: If you'd like to wash your RV or vehicle with park water, please ask for approval first.
Our "Little Laundry Shack":
Laundry Convenience: We offer our "little laundry shack" as a free courtesy! Help yourself to doing your laundry in the washers and dryers provided. Please be mindful the laundry shack is a shared area, so please help keep it tidy and be courteous, promptly timing your wash and dry cycles to get done and let someone else use them if needed.
Respectful Behavior:
We want everyone to feel comfortable. Loud, disorderly, or unlawful conduct is not permitted. Guests displaying inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave.
Additional Vehicles:
Please get approval from us for any additional vehicles, including: ATVs, golf carts, or scooters, etc..
Responsibility:
You're responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.
Pet-Friendly Park:
Our Furry Friends: We have cats, chickens, and dogs on our farm, and we welcome your pets! We generally limit three pets per site, unless you get prior approval. All pets must be on a leash and cleaned up after. If you forget to clean up after your pet, we will remind you; but if we have to clean up after your pet - please note, there is an additional $25 clean up fee for each incident.
Pets are never to be left unattended outside at any time; Texas law prohibits tethering animals to any tree or fixed outside object. Additionally, persistent barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Quiet Hours & Check-Out:

Time to Relax: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.

Check-out time is noon, unless you've made prior arrangements with us.
